This Vegan soup is filled to the brim with fresh veggies like, carrot, sweet potato, tomato, green beans, zucchini, chickpea, kale, leeks, garlic and fresh herbs. he broth is made from veg broth and a dry Pinot Grigio. One quart is approx. 2 servings.

Harira is hearty, full of protein and loaded with nutrients. Ingredients include celery, onion, tomatoes, lentils, chickpeas, capellini pasta, fresh herbs and spices. Very mild but extremely flavorful. A bit of yogurt will come on the side as a garnish to swirl into the soup upon serving/ eating. *Gluten and dairy free options available.

This salad is what dreams are made of! Boneless-skinless chicken thighs are marinated in rosemary, sage, garlic, and evoo then grilled. The chicken is served on a salad of arugula, mixed greens, roasted sweet potatoes, avocado, raspberries, pomegranate seeds, toasted walnuts (optional) and pepitas. Finished with a house made balsamic vinaigrette.
