If I am running this recipe, its because I am CRAVING this. So. Much. Ground beef is sautéed with typical Korean flavors, soy, red pepper, ginger, sesame, garlic and something sweet. Instead of sugar I use agave nectar. Garnished with a healthy handful of sliced scallions. Rice options as well. Oh and now bok choy is added because, well, we love vegetables!
