Classic Chicken Parmesan
Chicken breasts are lightly pounded out, then seasoned, dredged in flour (or GF flour), dipped in egg wash, and dredged in breadcrumbs (or GF breadcrumbs) then pan fried in canola oil and finished with butter. Then the chicken is topped with fresh mozzarella, and house made sauce and baked till golden. Garnished with basil and served over your favorite pasta with additional sauce.
