Skinny Kafta bil Sanieh

Kafta bil Sanieh is a delicious traditional Lebanese baked casserole made with layers of ground meat patties, potatoes, onions and tomatoes in a spiced tomato sauce. I have altered the kafta to use equal parts ground turkey and lean (90/10) ground beef.

Sold by the ½ Pan. Feeds 6.
