I have tweaked this recipe to make it as healthy as possible without taking away the amazing cheesy flavors. This version uses butter, fat-free milk, arrow-root, sharp cheddar cheese, broccoli, roast chicken breast pieces. Parmesan cheese and the option for either regular wheat based shells or gluten-free. Can also have with no Broccoli and/or no chicken.
