Bacon Mushroom Swiss Cheese Meatloaf
This twist on meatloaf is absolutely delicious! My version is gluten free and has some options like no cheese or bacon. The meatloaf itself is comprised of 90% lean ground beef, onions, celery, carrot, breadcrumbs from Twist bakery in Millis, eggs, Italian seasonings both dried and fresh as well as salt and pepper. Once cooked its topped with sauteed cremini mushrooms, Swiss cheese and bacon!. Sold by the slice (feeds 1 -2) or by the loaf (feeds 4-6). These go perfect with my mashed potatoes available as an add-on (just below add to cart button).
