Balsamic Honey Pulled Pork starts meltingly tender pork shoulder slow-cooked in a sauce of balsamic, honey, garlic, onions, and my (not so) secret ingredient, blackberry jam. Piled high (10 oz) atop brioche bun topped off with crunchy, cool Asian-inspired coleslaw. You can also skip the brioche if you so desire and get extra slaw as well as make the meal gluten-free. Either way a delicious meal ahead.
