


Blackened Chicken Cobb Salad
This salad has a great balance of lean protein, healthy fats and veggies which makes it an awesome meal-sized salad for lunch or dinner. In the mix is grape tomatoes, hard boiled egg, baby spinach and chopped romaine mix, cucumbers, avocado, red onion, turkey bacon, and blackened chicken. Red wine vinaigrette is on the side and an option to add blue cheese is there as well. If you want to pass on the chicken, that’s also an option!
