


Cabbage & Kale Skillet (Thursday)
Vidalia onion, green cabbage and kale are sauteed with earth balance and olive oil along with garlic, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper. I bit of vegetable stock is added to soften things bringing it all together. Perfect by itself for a light lunch or added along side some protein for dinner. One order is about 1/2 quart (2 dinner sides).
