Caprese Salad
Fresh buffalo mozzarella, local tomatoes, fresh basil and a balsamic fig reduction on the side for drizzling. I left these unseasoned as to not draw out the moisture (water) from the tomatoes. Please add a few sprinkles of sea salt and a few grinds fresh pepper. Serves 2-3 people as an appetizer.
