Cheesy Beef & Broccoli Casserole

90% lean ground beef is sauteed with onions, broccoli, garlic & sage. Then low fat cream cheese, non-fat milk and a bit of corn starch is whisked together then everything is mixed and topped with cheddar cheese, smoked paprika and breadcrumbs (gluten-free crumb option available) then baked till golden.
