Chicken Kiev with Lemony Feta Dusted Green Beans

The delicious flavor of white wine, butter and herbs such as basil, thyme and parsley are wrapped inside a lightly pounded out chicken breast and seared till perfect. A bit more of the herb butter I use will be on the side. Served with a lovely sauteed green beans with lemon, salt and a bit of feta dust to lend a slight briny flavor.
