Chicken Tortilla Soup

This healthy version of the Classic Mexican soup is chock full of chicken and fresh veggies (Corn, tomatoes, onions, green chilies, black beans, & onions) with its base consisting of chicken stock, tomatoes and corn tortillas. Toppings of cilantro, fried tortillas, scallions and avocado (in the skin to preserve freshness) will be on the side to ensure quality. Sold by the quart (2 servings).
