Chipotle Grilled Tofu (Thursday)

Tofu gets quick-marinated in an herby, citrus marinade reminiscent of Mojo sauce but with smoky notes, then grilled to perfection. Chipotle peppers, cilantro, lime, orange juice, garlic, brown sugar and seasonings.
Each order serves 2-3 people as the main protein.
