


Crispy Potato Bravas
These delicious potatoes are cooked twice for double the crisp using extra virgin olive oil/canola blend. Once in the skillet and, again, in the oven. A little smoked paprika and sea salt, then drizzled with a homemade spicy aioli. The aioli is mildly spiced & on the side for serving. 2# of Yukon gold potatoes are used per order. Serves 4 as a side or 2-3 as an appetizer. I would probably eat the whole thing myself, just saying.....
