French green Salad with Grilled Manouri Cheese (Tuesday)
This is a classic French Salad you find in bistros all across France. It is an excellent light and clean salad comprised of bibb and romaine lettuces, chives, tarragon, flat-leaf parsley, pickled shallots and an optional toasted walnut. On the side is a simple lemon vinaigrette. I really love this salad with some crusty French bread and grilled Manouri cheese. Both optional.
