French Onion Soup

My delicious French Onion soup can be made gluten/dairy free upon selection. Made with beef stock, lots of onions, white wine, thyme, and seasonings. In addition of your not worried about dairy or gluten there will be flour, butter and a slice of French baguette with melted gruyere & Parmesan cheeses (on the side). If dairy and gluten sensitive I will be substituting gluten free flour, earth balance with no crouton/cheese.
