Grilled Ginger-Lime Pork Tenderloin (Copy)

Lime zest and juice, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, oil, salt and pepper form the zesty marinade. I marinade overnight to let the flavor really seep in. Served with wedges if lime. YUM!
