I have given this classic a slight makeover by marinating top round of beef overnight with score marks and then grilling till medium rare. You can opt to have it sliced ahead of time or kept whole (won't dry out as fast). The marinade consists of balsamic, tamari, Worcestershire, olive oil, garlic & thyme. On the side will be some house made garlic herb butter made with butter, garlic, lemon and parsley.
Each order uses 1 lb. raw top round steak (serves 2-3 people).
