


Grilled Steak & Caprese Platter (feeds 2-4 ppl)
Your choice of either Flank steak or N.Y. striploin (1 lb before cooking), marinated in a balsamic-Fig reduction overnight then grilled to medium rare. The beef is pre-sliced and ready for a quick reheat (bagged separately). In addition fresh and delicious Caprese salad with lots of fresh basil, grilled baguette slices and some sweet red cherry tomatoes. A side of fig-balsamic & Garlic oil will accompany this platter as well. Other options available.
