Ground Turkey Stroganoff

This turkey stroganoff is a twist on our Chicken Stroganoff recipe. It’s made with ground turkey, mushrooms, garlic, and paprika in a creamy coconut cream based sauce. The sauce consists of coconut cream, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce (gluten-free) and is so flavorful! Gluten-free egg noodles are an option as well.
