


Healthier Rigatoni with Sausage & Kale
This is absolutely delicious even with the changes from no cream to gluten-free. There’s a version available for everyone via options.
Italian sausage is sauteed with garlic, kale , fennel seed, celery & onion then tomato paste is added till caramelized then hit with white wine, a bit of unflavored coconut milk (or regular cream, or no dairy at all) rigatoni (or gluten-free rigatoni) and a pinch of crushed red pepper. Parmesan is served on the side if dairy is included.
