Healthy Salmon Pasta
Salmon is steamed then flaked and tossed with pasta and a sauté of peas, onion, garlic, reduced-fat crème fraîche, olive oil and mushroom stock. Garnished with fresh dill and lemon zest. Perfect for lunch or dinner. Sprinkle some Parmesan cheese on and the kids may eat it too!
