Indian Spiced Tilapia Sticks

These fish sticks will make you rethink your life they are that good! Made with tilapia, panko crumbs, egg, Indian spices such as garam masala, cumin, cayenne and a touch of yogurt. The sauce accompanying these sticks of love is made from yogurt, cilantro & cumin with confetti diced cucumber and Vidalia onion. Served with a bit of spinach and mango slices.
Half a pound of Tilapia is used per order.
