My new fav salad from goodhealthygourmet.com really targets the balance of acidity from the lemons with the chickpeas as well as the pickled onions and sesame. Everything pairs with Tuscan kale! The dressing has a lovely viscosity and is quite addictive, made with tahini, lemon, garlic, herbs, sumac, maple syrup and a tinkle of cayenne. Also joining the squad is feta cheese and toasted pine nuts. YUM.
