Magic garlicky Tofu

An unbelievably delicious tofu made with the most heavenly garlic black pepper sauce. In the mix is red onion, jalapeno, scallion, and a sauce made from tamari, maple syrup, garlic, vegan butter, black pepper and a touch of arrow root to thicken the sauce. Garnished with or *without sesame seeds. One order is 2-3 servings (1 whole block extra firm tofu).
