Maine Style Lobster Roll on buttered Brioche
Its that wonderful time of year where lobster seems plentiful and the variations of lobster rolls found around New England are staggering. I have been using this same delicious recipe in almost every restaurant and hotel I have worked at. Lemony mayonnaise with just a hint of roasted garlic, chives, chervil and tarragon, celery and of course fresh steamed lobster. Each roll will have the option for 4 oz of lobster meat or 8. The lobster mix is served on butter lettuce in a buttery toasted brioche style bun. Its ok to order more than 1, you deserve it!
The lobster mix will come separate and need to be assembled upon eating.
