This classic roast will be bone-in for the added flavor. Seasoned with fresh thyme, rosemary, garlic, Dijon and seasoning. A dinner portion will be a 9-11 oz. cut. There will also be a petite 6-8 oz. cut as well. Plenty of A jus and horseradish cream will accompany the roast as well.
