Seafood Cioppino

This classic taken from the Barefoot Contessa is always a favorite. Tomato-based seafood stew loaded with shrimp, cod, mussels, scallops and clams and seasoned with anise flavored liqueur, white wine, garlic, fennel, crushed red pepper and a stock made from shrimp shells and clam juice. This delicious stew will come in a quart container per order and serves 1-2 people. Some buttered and toasted sourdough bread will also be available.
