Shredded Tofu tacos
If I didn’t tell you these were tofu, you wouldn’t know. These are amazing. All ages will enjoy them, I shred tofu and sauté in oil, then add some tamari and spices (mild). After I dry them out on a sheet pan in the oven. After I toss them with the addictive sauce comprised of onion, garlic, chipotle, tomato puree, cumin, OJ, lime and maple syrup. As always a choice of tortilla (4) or lettuce along with toppings all on the side: radish, cilantro and a avocado mash with lime, salt and pepper. Yummy. One order serves 1 adult or 2 littles.
