


Teriyaki Chicken Crispy Rice Salad
The key to this bowl of deliciousness is the rice, which adds a wonderful crunch. The rice is jasmine and already cooked. Then tossed with sesame oil and teriyaki glaze and toasted in the oven till crispy. This is tossed with roasted-shredded chicken breast, cucumbers, red bell peppers, red cabbage, scallion, cilantro and peanut. There’s also a nut-free version as well. A creamy sesame-ginger dressing is served on the side (garlic infused olive oil, sesame oil, coconut aminos, rice vinegar, maple syrup, cashew butter & ginger).
*note: Nut-free versions will get sun butter and pepitas instead of peanuts.
