My variation on a breakfast strata uses layers of Swiss cheese, cherry tomatoes, egg, quinoa (instead of bread) & zucchini. Packed with fresh basil, oregano & chives. Just a small amount of butter and milk to lend creaminess. Varying amounts available.
*note: A full “pan” is a 13 x 9 pan.
