Turkey meatloaf with Zucchini

This moist and delicious loaf will have everyone smiling! In the mix is ground turkey, shredded zucchini, tomato, Worcestershire sauce, onion, eggs, oregano, salt & pepper and instead of breadcrumbs I use quick oats ground a little bit. The loaf is also glazed with a mix of tomato paste, Italian herbs and organic real maple syrup. Amazing flavor!
