Portobello mushrooms, black beans and pinto beans are great protein substitutes in this very tasty meal. Also in the mix are peppers, Vidalia onions, garlic and fajita spices. The house made fajita sauce is a blend of lime, cumin, garlic, salt, olive oil and adobo sauce from chipotle peppers. I like this sauce as its not very hot and all can enjoy. On the side is pico de gallo, lime, guacamole, and grilled corn tortillas (4). Cheese will be available to add on if you like as well.
